Swam con Tinapa

📝 Ingredients:
2 pcs Galunggong fillet, flaked
1 whole corn, grated
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 stems malunggay leaves
½ chicken broth cube
½ tbsp cornstarch (slurry)
2 cups water
Salt & ground pepper to taste

👩 Instructions:
1. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

2. Add tinapa flakes and grated corn, stir well.

3. Pour in water and add chicken broth cube. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Add malunggay leaves and cornstarch slurry. Stir until slightly thick.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
