Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:
Salinas 6pcs, deboned 
Molo or Wanton Wrapper
1pc Tomato, diced
1pc Medium Onion, diced
Mozzarella or quick-melt cheese, grated
Onion or leeks, finely chopped (optional)
Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine flaked tinapa and cheese. Add onion, tomato or leeks if using.

2. Place a small amount of filling near the edge of a spring roll wrapper.

3. Roll tightly and seal with a little water.

4. Heat oil over medium heat.

5. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.

6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
