Refund policy

As food is perishable, you are only eligible for refund if the goods delivered to you is damaged or the vacuum seal is broken. Please provide us the following so we can process a refund once we received the damaged products:

  1. Picture of the product delivered to you
  2. Proof of purchase – time and date of receipt of goods

Send these pictures to customersupport@tinapaislife.com plus your contact information and we will be in touch with you on how to return the products so you can get your refund.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Order Verification & Customer Reminder

Please check your order immediately upon delivery to ensure that all items are complete and in good condition. If we do not receive any feedback or concern from you within three (3) days from the delivery date, the order will be considered complete, correct, and fully accepted.
