Jacket Potato with Tinapa flakes

Ingredients:
Tamban tinapa (deboned)
2 pcs medium potatoes
Cheese spread
Mayonnaise
Grated cheese
Cooking oil (for frying tinapa)

🥔 How to Cook 🐟
1️⃣ Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 250°C.
2️⃣ Prepare the potatoes
Wash the medium potatoes thoroughly.
Cut each potato lengthwise in the middle.
No need to poke the potatoes.
Wrap each potato securely in aluminum foil.
3️⃣ Bake
Place wrapped potatoes in the oven.
Bake at 250°C for 2 hours until soft and fluffy inside.
4️⃣ Prepare the tinapa
Debone the tinapa and flake it.
Fry in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Set aside.
5️⃣ Assemble
Open the baked potatoes.
Add cheese spread and mayonnaise.
Top generously with crispy tinapa and grated cheese.
6️⃣ Serve
Serve hot and enjoy.
