Tilapia Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
160g Tilapia Fillet, remove small bones and flake
200g Macaroni
30g Raisins
200g Mayonnaise
40g Cheese, diced
1 small Carrot, diced into bits
1 small Red Onion, diced
1 stalk Leeks, sliced (for garnish)
Salt & Pepper to taste

How to Make:
1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and let cool.

2. Prepare the tilapia fillet by removing any small bones, then flake into pieces.

3. In a large bowl, combine carrots, red onion, raisins, and cheese.

4. Add the cooled macaroni and tilapia flakes.

5. Pour in the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.

6. Top with sliced leeks before serving.

7. Chill for best taste and texture.
