Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients:
160 g Tilapia fillet
Salt & ground pepper
Plain flour (for dredging)
1 tbsp oil
6 clives Garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp Green peas
Wansoy (cilantro), chopped
Butter 
1tbsp Calamansi or lemon 

Instructions:
‎1. Season the tinapang tilapia fillets with salt and ground pepper, then lightly dredge each fillet in plain flour. Shake off any excess flour.

‎2. Pan-sear the fillets in 1 tbsp oil over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

‎3. In the same pan, add the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

‎ Add the green peas and cook briefly until heated through.

‎ Return the fish to the pan and spoon the garlic-butter mixture over the fillets. 

‎4. Drizzle with calamansi or lemon juice.

‎Garnish with chopped wansoy (cilantro) and serve warm.
