Ingredients:
160 g Tilapia fillet
Salt & ground pepper
Plain flour (for dredging)
1 tbsp oil
6 clives Garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp Green peas
Wansoy (cilantro), chopped
Butter
1tbsp Calamansi or lemon
Instructions:
1. Season the tinapang tilapia fillets with salt and ground pepper, then lightly dredge each fillet in plain flour. Shake off any excess flour.
2. Pan-sear the fillets in 1 tbsp oil over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the green peas and cook briefly until heated through.
Return the fish to the pan and spoon the garlic-butter mixture over the fillets.
4. Drizzle with calamansi or lemon juice.
Garnish with chopped wansoy (cilantro) and serve warm.
