Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients:
Tinapang tilapia, fillet
Salt & ground pepper
Plain flour (for dredging)
1 tbsp oil
Garlic, chopped
Green peas
Wansoy (cilantro), chopped
Butter 
Calamansi or lemon 

Instructions:
1. Season the tinapang tilapia with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in plain flour.

2. Pan-sear until golden and crispy on both sides.

3. Add chopped a little of oil, then butter, garlic and green peas; sauté until fragrant.

4. Add a bit of butter and spoon the mixture over the fish.

5. Finish with fresh wansoy and serve.
