Smoky Tinapa Pizza

Ingredients
For the dough
500g all-purpose flour
10g instant yeast
10g sugar
6g salt
350g warm water

For the toppings
6pcs kapak tinapa, deboned and flaked 
200g mozzarella with cheddar cheese (shredded)
200g tomato sauce
1 medium white onion, sliced into half-moons
2 medium tomatoes, sliced into half-moons
1 cucumber, sliced into circles

How to Bake
1. Prepare the dough
  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

2. Shape the pizza base
1. Punch down the dough and roll out to your desired thickness.
2. Transfer to a pizza pan or lined baking sheet.

3. Assemble the pizza
1. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
2. Sprinkle a layer of cheese.
3. Add tinapa flakes, onions, tomato slices, and cucumber slices.
4. Top with the rest of the cheese.

4. Bake
1. Preheat oven to 250°C.
2. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

5. Serve & Enjoy
