Ingredients:
6 pcs Easy Eats GG Fillet or any leftover tinapa, flaked
350g ground pork or ground beef
60g fresh basil leaves
6 pcs string beans, cut into small cubes
1 medium white onion, diced
1 pc red chili, chopped
Sauce Mix:
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp muscovado sugar
1 tsp ground pepper
👩🍳How to Cook:
1. In a pan, sauté onion and chili until fragrant.
2. Add ground pork or beef, cook until browned.
3. Mix in flaked tinapa and string beans; stir well.
4. Pour in the prepared sauce mix and cook until flavors blend.
5. Add basil leaves last, toss quickly, serve hot with rice and fried egg.
