Nachos con Tinapa

Ingredients

  1. Tilapia fillet 160g, flake it
  2. Nachos or any preferred chips
  3. Tomato, 1 small size, diced
  4. Onion, 1 small size, finely chop
  5. Cucumber half, diced
  6. Cheese spread
  7. Cheddar

How to Prepare

  1. Heat the tinapa fillet on high for 1 minute. Set aside and flake the meat into small pieces.
  2. Start layering nacho chips on a plate as the base. 
  3. Add toppings. Spoon over a mix of chopped tomato, onion, and cucumber. Scatter some tinapa flakes on top.
  4. Add cheese spread and a grated cheddar cheese generous on top
  5. Repeat, add another layer of nachos, vegetables, tinapa, and cheese. Do the same procedure from 2 to 3 steps
  6. Final toppin, finish with more grated cheddar cheese and a final toppings of tinapa tilapoa flakes.
