Ingredients
- Tilapia fillet 160g, flake it
- Nachos or any preferred chips
- Tomato, 1 small size, diced
- Onion, 1 small size, finely chop
- Cucumber half, diced
- Cheese spread
- Cheddar
How to Prepare
- Heat the tinapa fillet on high for 1 minute. Set aside and flake the meat into small pieces.
- Start layering nacho chips on a plate as the base.
- Add toppings. Spoon over a mix of chopped tomato, onion, and cucumber. Scatter some tinapa flakes on top.
- Add cheese spread and a grated cheddar cheese generous on top
- Repeat, add another layer of nachos, vegetables, tinapa, and cheese. Do the same procedure from 2 to 3 steps
- Final toppin, finish with more grated cheddar cheese and a final toppings of tinapa tilapoa flakes.
