Ingredients:
- 80g Glutinous rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 to 1/2 tbs of sugar
- 4pcs Easy Eats tinapang Galunggong (fillet)
- Milk (optional)
How to Cook:
- In a small pot, bring water to a boil over high heat.
- While the water is boiling, wash the glutinous rice. In a small bowl, dissolved cocoa powder in tablespoon of water.
- Once it boils, add glutinous rice along with dissolved cocoa powder and sugar, stir it.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until it becomes sticky.
- While waiting, fry the tinapa fillet until to your desired doneness.
- When the rice is sticky, turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a bowl and place the tinapa on top.
- Optional: Add some milk on the side or pour over for a creamier taste.
