Batchoy con Tinapa

Ingredients:
4 pcs GG tinapa fillet, flaked
350g pork kasim, cut into strips
100g pork liver, cut into strips
80g ginger, thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
Misua noodles
½ chicken broth cube
5–6 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste 

👩🥣How to Cook:
1. Sauté ginger, garlic, and onion until fragrant.
2. Add pork kasim and cook until light brown.
3. Add flaked tinapa and sauté for a while to bring out its smoky flavor.
4. Pour in water and add chicken broth cube. Let it boil, then simmer until the pork becomes tender.
5. Add pork liver and cook for 2–3 minutes.
6. Stir in misua noodles and simmer until noodles are soft and the soup slightly thickens.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!🥣
