Ingredients:
4 pcs Galunggong fillet, flaked
400g Potato, grated
1β2 tbsp Cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Mayo Sauce

1.Grate the potatoes into thin shredded strips, then lightly squeeze out excess moisture.
2.In a bowl, combine grated potato, flaked galunggong tinapa, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
3.Form into small patties.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
4.Pan-fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
5.Serve hot with garlic mayo sauce.
