Ingredients:
GG Fillet (Tinapa), 6–8 pcs
300 g radish, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks leeks, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cassava flour
Pinch of salt (adjust to taste)
1 g ground pepper
50 ml water
1 egg
How to Cook:
1.Prep the Radish
Grate and squeeze out excess liquid.
(This ensures crisp edges and prevents soggy texture.)
2.Mix Everything
Combine radish, flaked tinapa, garlic, leeks, and onion.
Add all flours, egg, water, salt, and pepper.
Mix until cohesive—not too wet.
3.Pan-Fry (Pancake Style)
Heat oil in a pan.
Pour the mixture and spread evenly into one large round fritter.
Cook on medium heat until the bottom is deeply golden.
4.Flip Carefully
Flip in one piece (or divide if easier), then cook the other side until crispy.
5.Finish & Garnish
Transfer to plate and top with fresh leeks or spring onions.
