Ingredients:
1 bottle Sambal gourmet
Leftover Pandesal
2 Egg, beaten
200g Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
How to cook:
1.Fill the pandesal with sambal gourmet filling.
2.Flatten the bread gently to seal.
3.Dip in beaten egg.
Coat with breadcrumbs.
4.Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for a double coat.
5.Fry until golden brown and crispy.
