WHAT YOU NEED:
- Half pack Easy Eats Tinapa Fillet, Skin off and Chopped
- 200g Chopped Kale or Spinach or Malunggay or Pechay (wilted and liquid squeezed out)
- 30g Basil
- Lemon
- 1/2 block of Cream Cheese
- Wonton Wrappers
- Olive oil
- Marinara Sauce
HOW TO MAKE:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Fill a wonton wrapper with a teaspoon of the mixture.
- Fold and Crimp the edges with a fork.
- Cook in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and add oil to prevent the pieces from sticking.
- Serve with your favourite marinara sauce.
