WHAT YOU NEED:
- Half pack Easy Eats Tinapa fillet, skin off and flaked.
- 1 Cup Spring Onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Chpped Coriander
- 1 Small Sweet Potato, boiled and mashed
- Juice of 1 Lime
HOW TO MAKE:
- Mix all together
- Form into patties and fry away!
- Serve with sweet chili sauce
