WHAT YOU NEED:
- Half pack Easy Eats Tinapa fillet, skin off and cubed
- 1 Cup cooked rice mixed with 3 Tbsp cream cheese
- Nori Wrappers, cut in squares, to fir your muffin tin
- Mayonnaise + Sriracha or any hot sauce you prefer
HOW TO MAKE:
- Arange in muffin pan - Nori at the bottom, rice mixture then tinapa cubes
- Top with mayo_sriracha sauce. You can add shredded cheese too.
- Pop in the 200C oven for 10 minutes, or until the top looks melted.
