Bangus Fillet with French Beans in Fresh Tomato sauce

‎Ingredients:

‎180g Bangus fillet

‎100g French beans, ends trimmed

‎150g red tomatoes, sliced

‎4 cloves garlic, minced

‎1 small white onion, sliced

‎1 tsp sugar

‎1 tbsp soy sauce

‎80 ml water

‎Dash of ground pepper

‎Cooking oil, for frying

‎How to Cook:

‎1. Fry the Bangus – In a pan simply fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Set aside.

‎2. Sauté the Tomatoes – In the same pan, sauté the sliced tomatoes until softened and juicy.

‎3. Add the Seasonings & Vegetables – Add the soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and French beans. Stir well to combine.

‎4. Simmer – Add the water and a dash of ground pepper. Cover and simmer until the sauce is lightly thickened and the French beans are tender-crisp.

‎5. Add the Onion – Add the sliced white onion and cook briefly, just until slightly softened but still crisp.

‎6. Serve – Arrange the French beans and fresh tomato sauce on a plate, then place the crispy tinapang bangus slightly overlapping on top. 🐟🌿🍅
