π Ingredients:
3β4 pcs tamban (tinapa), deboned and flaked
200g elbow macaroni
200 ml evaporated milk
150g cheddar cheese, grated
40g butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
π§ How to Cook:
1.Debone and flake the tinapa, then fry until crispy. Set aside.
2.Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3.Melt butter, then add flour. Stir for 1β2 minutes.
4.Slowly add evaporated milk, stirring until smooth and thick.
5.Add cheese and mix until creamy.
6.Combine macaroni with the sauce.
7.Top with crispy tinapa flakes and serve.
