Daing na Bangus in Spicy Salsa

Ingredients:
170g Baby Bangus Daing 
10 pcs Tomatoes, boiled and peeled  
1 large White Onion, diced 
6 cloves Garlic, minced 
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced 
1–2 pcs Chili, chopped 
1 tbsp Tomato Paste 
Salt and Ground Pepper, to taste 

How to Cook:
1.Fry the Baby Bangus Daing until crispy. Set aside. 
2.Prepare the salsa sauce:
 >Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
 >Add the boiled and peeled tomatoes, then mash gently.
 >Add tomato paste, red bell pepper, and chopped chili.
 >Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.
 >Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
3.Pour the spicy salsa sauce over the crispy daing before serving. 🔥
