🐟 Ingredients:
1 pack microwavable baby daing bangus (170g)
1 small tomato, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2–3 tbsp grated cheese (cheddar or quickmelt)
👩🍳 How to Cook:
1. Heat the Bangus – Place the frozen baby daing bangus in the microwave. Cook for 3–4 minutes in high temperature or until preferred crisp.
2. Plate It – Arrange a lettuce leaf on a plate and lay the bangus on top.
3. Add Toppings – Spoon over the chopped tomato and onion.
4. Finish with Cheese – Generously sprinkle grated cheese on top.
5. Serve & Enjoy – Best eaten with rice, bread, or as a light standalone meal.
*Note: You can heat again if you prefer to melt the cheese, just for 30seconds
