π Ingredients:
1 pack microwavable baby daing bangus (170g)
1 small tomato, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2β3 tbsp grated cheese (cheddar or quickmelt)
π©π³ How to Cook:
1. Heat the Bangus β Place the frozen baby daing bangus in the microwave. Cook for 3β4 minutes in high temperature or until preferred crisp.
2. Plate It β Arrange a lettuce leaf on a plate and lay the bangus on top.
3. Add Toppings β Spoon over the chopped tomato and onion.
4. Finish with Cheese β Generously sprinkle grated cheese on top.
5. Serve & Enjoy β Best eaten with rice, bread, or as a light standalone meal.
