Sambal Pita Pocket
Ingredients:
Pita bread (ready-to-eat, cut in half)
Sambal gourmet tinapa (flakes)
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Tomato, diced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Lettuce (optional)
Garlic Mayo or olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
1.Open the pita bread to form a pocket.
2.Add cucumber, tomato, onion, and lettuce.
3.Spoon in sambal gourmet tinapa.
4.Lightly spread garlic mayo or drizzle olive oil, if using.
5.Serve immediately—no cooking required.
