Crunch crunch Delish... Lumpiang Tinapa

  • 24 pieces rice wrapper (medium square)
  • 2 cups EASYEATS Tinapang Galunggong flakes
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 cup carrots
  • Cooking oil


  1. Over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in oil until lightly brown.
  2. Add carrots and EASYEATS Tinapang Galunggong flakes. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, remove from fire and let it cool.
  4. Lay a wrapper like a diamond on working table.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture on lumpia wrapper.
  6. Fold pointed end of wrapper over filling.
  7. Fold side ends of the sheet inward, roll tightly into a log.
  8. Wet the edge of the wrapper with beaten egg.
  9. Deep fry until golden brown
  10. Drain on a rack or pat with paper towel
  11. Serve and enjoy
