Ingredients
- 24 pieces rice wrapper (medium square)
- 2 cups EASYEATS Tinapang Galunggong flakes
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 cup carrots
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in oil until lightly brown.
- Add carrots and EASYEATS Tinapang Galunggong flakes. Saute for 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, remove from fire and let it cool.
- Lay a wrapper like a diamond on working table.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on lumpia wrapper.
- Fold pointed end of wrapper over filling.
- Fold side ends of the sheet inward, roll tightly into a log.
- Wet the edge of the wrapper with beaten egg.
- Deep fry until golden brown
- Drain on a rack or pat with paper towel
- Serve and enjoy
