Ingredients:
- 8 pieces of EASYEATS Tinapang Galunggong Fillets
- 2 pieces eggplant sliced
- 1 1/2cups kalabasa squash diced
- 1 cup chopped ampalaya
- 2 cups sili leaves
- 1 small stalk of tanglad
- 8 pieces okra
- 2 pieces tomato wedged
- 1 piece onion wedged
- 2 teaspoons bagoong isda
- 1 small green sili (optional)
- 3 cups water
Instructions:
- Boil water in a pot
- Add onion and tomato then cover and boil for 5 minutes using medium heat
- Add kalabasa and bagoong isda and boil for another 5 minutes.
- Add eggplant, okra and tanglad. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
- Put EASYEATS Galunggong Fillets into the pot. Cover and cook for 1 minute
- Add sili leaves and green sili (optional) then stir
