Belly warming... Tinapa sa Laswa

  • pieces of EASYEATS Tinapang Galunggong Fillets
  • pieces eggplant sliced
  • 1 1/2cups kalabasa squash diced
  • 1 cup chopped ampalaya
  • 2 cups sili leaves
  • 1 small stalk of tanglad
  • pieces okra
  • pieces tomato wedged
  • piece onion wedged
  • teaspoons bagoong isda 
  • 1 small green sili (optional)
  • cups water


  1. Boil water in a pot
  2. Add onion and tomato then cover and boil for 5 minutes using medium heat
  3. Add kalabasa and bagoong isda and boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add eggplant, okra and tanglad. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Put EASYEATS Galunggong Fillets into the pot. Cover and cook for 1 minute
  6. Add sili leaves and green sili (optional) then stir
