KaffirLime Fried Rice
Transform leftover rice into something fresh and exciting. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic, then toss in 1½ cups day-old rice. Stir in 1 tbsp Gourmet Kaffir Lime and mix until every grain is coated. Optional, add a scrambled egg or mixed veggies if you like.
