Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
Delivery schedule
- If you placed order before 12noon, you can get same day delivery.
- If you placed order after 12pm, your delivery will be next day
- We encourage you to place order 1-2 days earlier.
- If you placed order on Saturday 3pm, the earliest we can deliver is on upcoming Monday 9am.
Same-day delivery is available, only eligible for orders made before 12noon (Monday to Saturday only) subject to stock availability. As we procure our raw materials from Bataan, it takes at least 3 days before we can replenish stocks to serve your order.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery services are completed between 9am – 6pm. Unfortunately, time-specific deliveries are currently unavailable to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.
Delivery Area
Deliveries are available for any addresses within Metro Manila only. If you are outside Metro Manila, please contact us at customersupport@tinapaislife.com so we can arrange for a special delivery.
We recommend having the products delivered to an address where you or your recipient will be present on your delivery date to ensure freshness and avoid any unforeseen circumstances. Should you or your recipient fail to receive the products, a re-delivery service is available at an additional cost depending on your recipient’s location.
